Renting City Hall or Park Pavilion
To find out whether the City Hall or Pavilion is available for your date(s) go to the City Calendar, then arrow to the appropriate month and select “Print” to view scheduled events.
If your date is not reserved, complete the appropriate rental application below. Include the rental fee plus deposit and either drop it off in person during business hours, place in our secure drop box near the City Hall entrance 24/7 or send by mail to complete your reservation. Your reservation will not be held until we receive the application, rental fee and deposit. A copy of the liability declarations page from your homeowners insurance is also required prior to day of rental or deposit will be forfeited.
Rental Agreements and Applications
Payments can be made by cash, check or credit/debit card. There is a 3% service fee if paying by card charged by the processing company. Select here to make an online payment.
Checks can be made out to “City of Rice Lake”.
