PUBLIC NOTICE
City of Rice Lake Board of Adjustment will be conducting a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 28th, 2026 at 6:00 PM to consider an application from Andrew and Alyssa Kienitz, 4059 Nelson Rd, for a 90-foot variance from the required 200-foot setback from Amity Creek to construct a new detached garage.
***Update***
At the same meeting, Board of Adjustment will also be considering an application from Shirley & Marvin Kortekaas, 3920 Martin Rd, for a 23-foot variance from the required 85-foot setback from Martin Road to replace their existing garage.
