PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the residents of City of Rice Lake that the Board of Adjustment will be conducting a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 20th, 2026 at 5:00 PM to consider an application from Matthew Sundberg, 4085 E Calvary Road, for a 30-foot variance from the required 40-foot rear yard setback to build an addition to an existing office space. The Public Hearing will be at the Rice Lake City Hall; 4107 West Beyer Road; Rice Lake, Minnesota 55803.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the residents of City of Rice Lake that the PLANNING COMMISSION will be conducting a PUBLIC HEARING on Tuesday, October 20th, 2026 at 6:00 PM to consider an application from Michael Hendrickson to rezone a portion of parcel ID 520-0017-00575, located in the 4900 block of Rice Lake Rd, to Commercial South. 
The Public Hearing will be at the Rice Lake City Hall; 4107 West Beyer Road; Rice Lake, Minnesota 55803.
